Turn “ready” Google Sheets topics into multi-platform social posts—automatically—using Google Gemini and PostWire

This n8n workflow runs every weekday to take topics marked ready in Google Sheets, generates platform-specific copy and images with Google Gemini, then publishes to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Bluesky via PostWire. Results (post links or error notes) are written back to your sheet, and you’ll get a Gmail alert when something needs attention.

What this workflow does

• Scheduled automation: Executes every weekday at 9:00.
• Claims the next topic: Reads rows from Google Sheets where status is ready, picks the first available topic, and updates the row to writing to avoid duplicate processing.
• Generates text + image prompt: Uses Google Gemini to produce post text for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Bluesky, along with an image prompt in JSON format.
• Creates the illustration: Uses Gemini (image) to generate an illustration from the image prompt.
• Publishes via PostWire: Sends the generated text and image to all configured platforms through PostWire, collecting per-platform outcomes.
• Writes back status: If all platforms succeed, updates the row to posted with the timestamp and platform URLs. If any step fails, marks the row as needs fix or partly posted with error details.
• Emails the fix details: Sends a Gmail email including what to fix and any links that were already published.
