This n8n workflow monitors your open HubSpot deals every day, calculates deal risk level and trend, tracks prior alert state in PostgreSQL, writes audit logs to Google Sheets, and sends HIGH/CRITICAL alerts to Slack—including an AI-generated next-best-action sentence via OpenRouter (Gemini) when meaningful changes occur.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 08:00 (Asia/Kolkata) to retrieve all open deals from HubSpot.
• Loads close-date tracking and previous alert state from PostgreSQL, then calculates a risk score, risk level, trend, and an issue list for each deal.
• Writes reporting to Google Sheets: a run-level summary and a per-deal risk audit trail; and it upserts close-date history in PostgreSQL only when the close date changed.
• Determines what to do per deal: alert (HIGH/CRITICAL with new or changed conditions), refresh silently, resolve, or do nothing—then updates the RevOps Action Queue in Google Sheets accordingly.
• When an alert is required, requests a one-sentence recommended next action from OpenRouter (Gemini), with a rule-based fallback if AI output is missing or unusable.
• Sends HIGH/CRITICAL alerts to Slack, records delivered alerts in Google Sheets, and updates alert state in PostgreSQL only after Slack delivery is confirmed.
• Logs resolved deals (including deals that disappear from HubSpot after a safety window) to Google Sheets and clears alert state in PostgreSQL; groups node failures into a single Slack error message.
