n8n Workflow: Log LINE Official Account Messages to Google Sheets

Automatically log every LINE Official Account text message to Google Sheets—then auto-reply

This n8n workflow captures incoming messages from your LINE Official Account, saves each text message to a Google Sheet (with timestamp and sender details), and immediately sends a short LINE auto-reply using the official reply token.

What this workflow does

• Receives LINE events via Webhook: The LINE Webhook receives messages from the LINE Messaging API.
• Verifies request authenticity: The Verify LINE Signature node checks the x-line-signature header using HMAC-SHA256 with your Channel secret. If verification fails, it returns 401 and answers LINE with 200 OK right away as LINE expects.
• Processes each event and filters to text only: Split Out Events handles events separately, and Only Text Messages keeps text messages only.
• Enriches with sender info: Get LINE User Profile retrieves the sender’s display name.
• Appends a row to Google Sheets: Append Row to Google Sheet stores timestamp, userId, displayName, message, and replyToken.
• Sends an auto-reply: Send LINE Auto-Reply replies using the replyToken.
