What this workflow does

Designed to confirm whether a requested media use is permitted under a declaration model, the workflow:

• Starts via a manual trigger and generates three synthetic asset-and-request examples for testing.
• Parses each asset URL to confirm valid `https://` syntax (without fetching media or contacting external services).
• Validates the declaration fields including: rights status, rights basis, allowed uses, transform permission, and local-copy permission.
• Produces a deterministic report containing normalized values, reasons, and warnings.
• Routes approved items to the APPROVED output and all held items to the HOLD output.

Setup

• Replace the synthetic example generator with your own incoming items that contain asset and request objects.
• Connect your data at “Parse URL Syntax - Connect Your Items Here”, keeping the parser, evaluator, IF node, and both output branches.
• Use approved_asset only for APPROVED results, and ensure HOLD items are handled before any downstream media work or publishing.
