This n8n workflow checks a multi-asset watchlist every 20 minutes, pulls live quotes from the SiftingIO API, and instantly notifies you on Telegram and via email when your bid/ask midpoint crosses your set threshold—then enforces a cooldown automatically in Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule every 20 minutes.
• Reads a watchlist from Google Sheets using rows containing: symbol, venue, direction, threshold, and last_alert_at (with each symbol unique).
• Fetches the latest quote for each item from the SiftingIO API.
• Calculates the bid/ask midpoint, then checks whether price meets the configured above/below threshold based on direction.
• Applies a 60-minute cooldown: if the symbol is within cooldown determined by last_alert_at, alerts are suppressed.
• Sends Telegram alerts for each qualifying breach, including symbol, threshold direction, current price, and quote time.
• Sends email alerts for the same qualifying breaches with the same details.
• Updates Google Sheets (matching row by symbol) with a new last_alert_at timestamp to enforce future cooldown behavior.
