This n8n workflow takes a single content idea from an n8n Form, learns your voice from Google Sheets, generates platform-ready drafts with DeepSeek, and sends them for human approval before publishing—so you stop rewriting the same idea over and over.

What this workflow does

• Collects a new idea via an n8n Form trigger.
• Pulls your latest voice card from Google Sheets and sends the idea, notes, and voice card to the DeepSeek Chat Completions API to produce a structured core thesis and supporting points.
• Stores the content item in Google Sheets: creates a new row, generates a unique content item ID, and prepares a core message for downstream drafting.
• Generates drafts in parallel using DeepSeek:
  • LinkedIn post + a second DeepSeek QA rewrite pass
  • Instagram package (caption, visual concept, hashtags)
  • X thread (4–7 tweets)
• (Optional) Creates an Instagram image by generating an image concept with Google Gemini image generation API, converts the returned base64 to PNG, and uploads it to Google Drive.
• Routes for human review: merges drafts, updates the Google Sheets item status to pending_review, and sends all drafts to gotoHuman as a single review request.
• Publishes on approval: when gotoHuman returns via an approval/rejection webhook, the workflow publishes approved drafts to LinkedIn, Instagram Graph API, and X API (with retries) and marks the item as published in Google Sheets.
