n8n Workflow: Personalized Cold Outreach Videos w/ Google Sheets & Zvid

Turn your Google Sheets leads into personalized outreach video drafts (and optional bulk renders) with Zvid—automatically in n8n

This n8n workflow creates personalized cold outreach landscape videos for leads listed in Google Sheets. It renders a selected batch through Zvid, writes each completed VideoUrl back to the matching row, and lets you preview results inside n8n—so you can add sending in a separate step after review.

What this workflow does

• Triggers: Runs on a manual trigger or on a Tuesday at 9am.
• Loads configuration: Pulls branding, pitch copy, limits, and media URLs, then reads lead rows from Google Sheets.
• Selects leads for batching: Chooses up to the configured batch size where the Status is empty—skipping rows missing required fields. If lead logo URLs are provided, it probes them before rendering.
• Builds a Zvid bulk render payload: Submits all selected leads in one batch and can omit the background music URL if its HEAD check fails or exceeds the size limit.
• Validates & prepares rendering: Validates the Zvid project for warnings and estimates per-video credit cost.
• Dry run vs paid bulk render: In a dry run, saves a draft of the first lead in the Zvid editor for review; otherwise submits the paid bulk render.
• Polls for completion & updates Sheets: Waits until the batch completes or times out, records successes/failures, then updates Google Sheets with Status and VideoUrl (including a downloadable video file for review).

• Requires installing @zvid/n8n-nodes-zvid from n8n Settings → Community nodes (workspace owner/admin may need to install it).
• Use your Zvid key from https://app.zvid.io to authenticate and run bulk renders.
