This n8n workflow runs every day at 6AM to analyze pharmacy inventory in Google Sheets, predict expiry risk using recent sales velocity and FEFO-based logic, and request a pharmacist’s go-ahead in Slack before any Gmail transfer/return actions are sent.

What this workflow does

• Loads configuration (Google Sheets document ID, expiry horizon, and email override) on each daily run.
• Reads operational data from Google Sheets, including inventory batches, sales history, branch stock, and supplier return policies.
• Calculates expiry risk by combining sales velocity with FEFO-based expiry risk, then flags safety/compliance constraints.
• Prioritizes at-risk batches and recommends actions such as transfer, return, discount, or dispose.
• Creates a pharmacist briefing using Google Gemini (a 3-line summary), posts it to Slack, and presents an Approve/Reject prompt with a preview of the top actions.
• Logs every decision to a Google Sheets Action_Queue tab, appending an audit trail row per proposed action.
• On approval, routes each action to the correct outcome: sends stock-transfer emails to the receiving branch via Gmail, sends supplier return requests via Gmail, or posts a manual compliance alert to Slack for controlled drugs.
• Updates reorder controls and marks batches as ACTIONED or QUARANTINED in Google Sheets after processing.
