What this workflow does

• Receives uploads via n8n Form: The form submission includes the video file, a description/about text, selected target networks (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), and a posting time choice.
• Uploads to PostWire: The workflow sends the video to PostWire to obtain a public media URL that social platforms can access.
• Generates draft captions per platform: Using PostWire, it creates draft captions for each selected network, including a YouTube title.
• Editorial review step: Uploaders review and edit the captions in a review form, then either confirm Publish or select Cancel.
• Publishes or schedules: On confirmation, edited drafts are sent back to PostWire to either publish right away or schedule to the next available queue slot.
• Logs outcomes to Google Sheets: The workflow aggregates publish/schedule results, appends a summary row (date, about, networks, when, result), and shows final links/status on the final form page.
