What this workflow does

• Collects inputs via an n8n form trigger: receives an empty-room photo plus address, property type, beds, baths, and square footage.
• Creates staged visuals automatically: sends the photo to a virtual staging / 3D-rendering API and retrieves a staged image URL and a 3D walkthrough URL.
• Enriches the listing with market data: queries a comps / market-data API for comparable listings near the submitted address.
• Computes comp-based pricing insights: calculates comp-based averages, including price and price-per-square-foot, and produces a suggested price range.
• Generates listing content with AI: prompts Anthropic Claude to return JSON with a listing title, description, key selling points, and a single suggested list price.
• Handles AI output safely: parses the Claude JSON output and falls back to a simple rule-based listing format if parsing fails.
• Sends a complete package by email: assembles staged image + 3D walkthrough links, comps pricing summary, and listing copy, then delivers it via SMTP email.
