What this workflow does

• Receives chat messages from HookPanel through a POST webhook, including the visitor message and optional session/lead fields.
• Normalizes the payload into a consistent structure: message, sessionId, name, and email.
• Calls the OpenAI Responses API using gpt-4.1-mini, sending the visitor’s message (and name) to generate a concise support reply in the visitor’s language.
• Returns a JSON response to the original webhook caller with the generated text in the reply field (including a fallback message if needed).
