n8n Workflow: Repurpose YouTube to LinkedIn & Bluesky with Gemini

Turn any YouTube video into a full week of LinkedIn & Bluesky posts—automatically

This n8n workflow takes a YouTube URL from an n8n form, uses Google Gemini to extract a summary and daily takeaways, then uses PostWire to generate and schedule one post per day to LinkedIn and Bluesky. Results are logged in Google Sheets, and the weekly plan (or any errors) is emailed via Gmail.

What this workflow does

• Receives a submission from an n8n form containing a YouTube URL, optional posting angle, and the number of days to generate.
• Extracts the YouTube video ID from the submitted URL and stops if the link isn’t a valid YouTube URL.
• Calls the Google Gemini API with the YouTube video URL to return a JSON brief including:
  • title
  • short summary
  • a takeaway for each day
  • an optional direct quote
• Generates and schedules posts using PostWire, creating platform-specific posts in your brand voice and queuing one post per day for both LinkedIn and Bluesky.
• Logs scheduling outcomes by writing one row per queued post into Google Sheets, and emails you the full weekly schedule with a link to the PostWire queue.
• Handles failures by logging Gemini extraction issues or PostWire scheduling errors to Google Sheets and emailing detailed error info and what to fix.
