Automatically capture new Larvabot leads into Google Sheets (every 15 minutes)

This n8n workflow automatically pulls newly found leads from the Larvabot API, removes duplicates across runs, and appends each new lead as a row in your Google Sheets—so your lead pipeline stays up to date without manual work.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: the workflow triggers every 15 minutes using a schedule trigger.
• Fetches new leads from Larvabot: it calls the Larvabot API to retrieve up to 100 leads with the event set to “found”.
• Deduplicates leads across executions: before writing data, it removes any leads whose IDs have already been processed in previous workflow runs.
• Appends to Google Sheets: it writes only the remaining new leads to your selected Google Sheets worksheet, mapping JSON fields to your sheet’s column headers.
