This n8n workflow runs every morning to pull open journalist requests from Apify, score each one with OpenAI (0–100) based on your expertise, log results in Google Sheets, and send only the best draft replies to you in Telegram.

What this workflow does

• Schedules automatically to run every morning at 8:00am.
• Fetches open-deadline journalist requests using the Apify actor “Journalist Request Finder” with your configured sources and keywords.
• Skips previously shown requests so you don’t get duplicates across runs.
• Scores each request with OpenAI:
  • Rates fit on a 0–100 scale
  • Generates a short reason and a suggested angle aligned with your profile
• Logs every scored request (including low scores) to a specified Google Sheets tab for tracking and tuning.
• Filters and limits results below your minimum score threshold, and caps the number of drafted pitches per run.
• Drafts a concise reply using OpenAI “in your voice” based on the suggested angle.
• Sends drafts via Telegram with request details and a link for you to respond.
