This n8n workflow reads pending WooCommerce editorial prospects from Google Sheets, matches each prospect to the best-fit EU or NA WooCommerce product, fetches the prospect page metadata, and uses the OpenAI Chat Completions API to generate a structured relevance score and review guidance—then upserts a prioritized record back into Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Runs on manual start inside n8n.
• Fetches published products from two WooCommerce stores—EU and NA—and reads pending prospects from a Google Sheets tab.
• Validates each prospect (including region alignment, permission status, and a safe public URL) before taking further action.
• Matches to a regional product using text-matching against the best-fit EU/NA WooCommerce product.
• Requests the target prospect URL and extracts page title and meta description from the HTML response.
• Scores editorial relevance with OpenAI: sends page metadata plus matched product context to the OpenAI Chat Completions API to receive JSON output including a relevance score, rationale, pitch angle, and suggested anchors.
• Sets review status and writes to Google Sheets by combining the OpenAI relevance score with sheet-provided domain rating and traffic inputs—then appends or updates the opportunity in the Opportunities tab.
• If a prospect is invalid/unapproved/unsafe or if metadata fetch fails, the workflow skips the AI step and writes a flagged record for manual follow-up.
