This n8n workflow collects job applications through an n8n Form, then uses Google Gemini (Gemini 3.5 Flash) to score and summarize each resume against a predefined hiring rubric. Based on the match score, it routes candidates to Strong Hire, Manager Review, or Reject—while producing a structured audit/ATS-style record with strengths, gaps, and tailored interview questions.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on new applications from an n8n Form (or can be run manually for seeded test candidates).
• Normalizes candidate fields and attaches the target job specification and evaluation rubric.
• Calls Google Gemini with the candidate profile and resume text to generate a structured scorecard, including:
  • Match score and recommendation
  • Summary, strengths, and gaps
  • Tailored interview questions
• Routes by match score:
  • Strong Hire: score ≥ 80
  • Manager Review: score 60–79
  • Reject: score < 60
• For Strong Hire candidates, formats an interview invitation package and an interviewer-ready summary with tailored questions.
• Merges outputs into a consolidated audit record and generates a final ATS-style log entry with processing details and timestamp.
