n8n Workflow: Send Timed Google Review Emails from Google Sheets

Send Google Review Requests Automatically (and Remind at the Right Time)

This n8n workflow reads your Google Sheets job log every morning and sends customers a timed Google review email—either the initial request 2–4 days after completion or a single reminder once it’s been 5+ days.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 9am using a schedule trigger.
• Reads all rows from a Google Sheets sheet that contains customer details plus the columns: Customer, Email, Job, Completed, Happy, and ReviewAsked.
• Adds your Google review link and business name to each row so your email templates can use them per recipient.
• Filters to “Happy = yes” customers.
• Checks how many days have passed since Completed:
  • 2–4 days: sends the initial Google review request email.
  • 5+ days: sends a single reminder email.
• Tracks email status by using ReviewAsked: set to yes after the first email and reminded after the reminder.
• Sends emails via SMTP to the customer’s email address (one path for the initial request, one for the reminder).
