Turn your Google Sheets lead list into a controlled cold email outreach run. This n8n workflow pulls only “ready to send” prospects, sends personalized emails via SMTP with built-in pacing and volume limits, and then updates each lead’s status in Google Sheets so they won’t be emailed again.

What this workflow does

• Schedules or runs on demand: The workflow starts daily at 11:00 or can be launched manually for an outreach run.
• Reads the correct leads from Google Sheets: It pulls rows where the Status column equals “Email Found - Ready to Send”.
• Warmup-safe volume controls: It caps each run to 20 leads to limit daily sending volume.
• Paces sends for deliverability: Leads are processed one by one, with a 30-second wait between email sends to reduce deliverability risk.
• Personalizes the email content: A text email is drafted using the lead’s Name and Website to populate the subject and body.
• Sends via SMTP: Each email is sent to the lead’s Email address using your configured SMTP credentials.
• Prevents re-sending: After sending, it updates the matching row (by PlaceId) with a new status and the emailed date.
