Automate how you collect customer feedback: this n8n workflow watches your Google Sheets for newly added clients and, when a Phone number is present, automatically sends a personalized WhatsApp review request via WhatsApp Notifications by SyncMate.

What this workflow does

• Monitors Google Sheets every minute for newly added rows in your selected worksheet.
• Checks required data: if the new row contains a non-empty Phone value, the workflow proceeds.
• Sends a personalized message on WhatsApp using WhatsApp Notifications by SyncMate, greeting the client by name and including your review link to make leaving feedback easy.

• Send a WhatsApp review request immediately after a new client is added to your CRM-style Google Sheet.
• Collect reviews for services delivered on a predictable schedule by adding an optional delay (e.g., request the review a few hours or days later).

Technical details

• Google Sheets Trigger: checks the specified spreadsheet and worksheet for newly added rows (runs on a minute interval).
• filter: ensures the workflow only sends when the Phone field is not empty.
• WhatsApp Notifications by SyncMate (n8n-nodes-syncmatewhats): sends the WhatsApp message, using your Assistro (SyncMate) API access token as an n8n credential.
• Field mapping & expressions: expects Name and Phone columns (including country code). Update mappings if your headers differ.
• Optional Wait node: add a wait before sending to request reviews later.

Setup requirements

You’ll need access to the Google Sheet, a SyncMate/Assistro account with WhatsApp connected, and the WhatsApp Notifications by SyncMate node installed in n8n.
