This n8n workflow takes an uploaded product image via webhook, analyzes it with Claude Vision, pulls competitor signals using SerpAPI, and then creates a new Shopify product with fully generated SEO content, logged to Google Sheets and announced in Slack.

What this workflow does

• Receives a webhook containing a product image URL (and optional category) when an image is uploaded.
• Extracts product attributes from the image by downloading the image and sending it to Anthropic Claude Vision to generate structured features.
• Generates accessibility-friendly alt text using the extracted attributes.
• Uses SerpAPI Google Shopping to collect competitor product titles/keywords and competitor pricing.
• Performs category-based pricing intelligence and calculates a suggested competitive price from competitor price distribution.
• Fetches competitor reviews via SerpAPI Google Product, derives simple sentiment themes, and calculates an average rating.
• Generates structured SEO content with Anthropic (agent + Claude): title, description, bullet points, meta description, tags, and a quality score—based on image analysis, competitor keywords, pricing, and sentiment signals.
• Validates JSON + content rules and regenerates corrected output with Claude if needed.
• Creates the Shopify product using the generated content and the source image URL, then appends it to Google Sheets and notifies Slack (review queue / status updates).
