Track Social Growth Phases Automatically—Update Google Sheets & Alert Slack

This n8n workflow monitors a fleet of social accounts listed in Google Sheets, computes growth phase transitions from follower/view metrics and activity history, updates the sheet with each daily check, and sends Slack alerts when phases change or when a stuck GeeLark task is cancelled.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily (or on demand): executes every 24 hours with a random 0–20 minute delay, or starts via a webhook/manual trigger.
• Filters accounts by active hours: reads account rows and an Activity Log from Google Sheets, then keeps only accounts marked active and within each account’s timezone-based active hours.
• Evaluates phase transitions: for each eligible account, pulls the latest follower/view metrics from the template data in the sheet and applies phase-transition rules using the Google Sheets activity history.
• Updates metrics + logs checks: writes updated follower/view fields back to Google Sheets and appends a daily growth_check entry to the Activity Log.
• Alerts on changes: when a phase change (or kill condition) is detected, updates the account’s phase/status fields and posts a formatted alert via a Slack webhook.
• Cancels stuck GeeLark tasks: checks long-running tasks recorded on each account, queries GeeLark for task status, cancels tasks that are still waiting/in progress, and notifies Slack when a stuck task is cancelled.
