This n8n workflow receives Lemlist email and LinkedIn activity events via webhook, posts recognized events to the correct lead timeline in Breakcold as custom activities, and logs every single event (including failures and unrecognized types) into Google Sheets for complete visibility.

What this workflow does

• Receives webhook events from Lemlist through an incoming POST endpoint.
• Normalizes the payload by extracting event type, timestamp, lead email, campaign, sequence step, and custom variables such as breakcold_lead_id and contact_id.
• Filters non-lead events and can optionally reject requests that don’t match the configured shared webhook secret.
• Routes by event type, treating 12 specific Lemlist email/LinkedIn events as recognized while marking all other event types as unrecognized.
• Creates Breakcold timeline activities via the Breakcold API for recognized events that include a breakcold_lead_id, without halting the workflow on API errors.
• Appends an audit row to Google Sheets for every event, including timestamp, contact/campaign details, channel, event type, sequence step, a matched flag, and an error reason such as no_breakcold_id, unrecognized_event_type, or a Breakcold error code.
