Sync negative Famulor call reviews to Google Sheets—automatically

This n8n workflow automatically pulls completed negative-sentiment calls from the Famulor API for the last 48 hours and upserts concise review rows into your Google Sheets follow-up queue—running hourly or on-demand.

What this workflow does

  • Runs hourly (or can be manually triggered for testing).
  • Computes the call “creation window” using your configured Business timezone, then converts the boundaries to UTC for the Famulor Calls API.
  • Requests completed, negative-sentiment calls using the Famulor Calls API with pagination.
  • Validates paginated results, deduplicates by Call ID, and formats each call into a short review row:
    • No transcripts or recordings
    • Summary capped at 1,500 characters
    • Missing success analysis is explicitly labeled
  • If no calls match, it returns a clear no-results preview message.
  • If preview mode is enabled, it outputs the prepared rows without writing to Google Sheets; otherwise, it upserts rows by Call ID.

Use cases

  • Keep a rolling negative feedback backlog for QA and coaching teams in Google Sheets.
  • Review difficult conversations faster by automatically capturing only the most actionable negative calls.
  • Support SaaS operations with consistent call sentiment monitoring—without manual exports from Famulor.

Technical details

  • Famulor API: uses an HTTP Header Auth credential with Authorization: Bearer {workspace API key} (calls:read access).
  • Scheduling: hourly execution with manual run support.
  • n8n nodes: if, set, code, http request, google sheets (plus a sticky note).
  • Google Sheets: requires your spreadsheet ID and sheet tab name; upserts based on Call ID.
