This n8n workflow runs hourly (or on-demand) to scrape posts from public Telegram channels using Apify, batch-analyze them with OpenAI against your intelligence goal, save qualified results to Google Sheets, and send a concise digest to a Telegram chat—while preventing duplicate delivery.

What this workflow does

• Schedules and ledger setup: Executes on an hourly schedule (or manually) and ensures a “delivery-ledger” table exists to track what has already been processed.
• Builds the Apify request: Reads the list of public Telegram channel handles, along with analysis thresholds and limits, validates inputs, and constructs the Apify Actor payload.
• Scrapes and normalizes posts: Starts the Apify Telegram Channel Posts Scraper, downloads the dataset, normalizes post fields, and generates a stable key per post.
• Batch scoring with OpenAI: Filters out posts already present in the delivery ledger, then sends the remaining posts to OpenAI in one structured batch for relevance scoring, summaries, and “why it matters” notes.
• Google Sheets + Telegram digest: Keeps only posts meeting the minimum relevance score, upserts them into a Google Sheets tab, formats a Telegram digest of the top items, and sends it to a Telegram chat.
• Duplicate prevention: Records evaluated post keys in the delivery ledger so future runs skip them.

Technical details

• Apify integration: Add your Apify API token as HTTP Header Auth and ensure Actor IXhSSJjFf5fz1XAir is available.
