Track Coupang Option Price Changes Automatically in Google Sheets

This n8n workflow manually scrapes Coupang listing option prices via an Apify Actor and records the latest prices, full price history, and run checkpoints in Google Sheets—so you can monitor option price movements over time without manual checking.

What this workflow does

Built for controlled, charge-capped scraping runs, the workflow:

• Runs when you execute it manually, reading inputs such as the search keyword, max items, max Apify charge, and the target Google Sheets spreadsheet ID (with an optional Apify resume run ID).
• Validates configuration and confirms access to the specified Google Sheets spreadsheet.
• Creates (if missing) three tabs: “Coupang Current”, “Coupang History”, and “Coupang Runs”, plus a temporary lock sheet to prevent overlapping writes.
• Resumes the specified Apify run or starts a new charge-capped run of Apify “FalconScrape Coupang Listings Scraper”, then logs the run ID to “Coupang Runs” as a checkpoint.
• Polls Apify until the run succeeds, downloads the completed scraped dataset, and normalizes/deduplicates offers by product-and-option ID.
• Calculates price deltas versus the previous observation for the same option, updates “Coupang Current”, and appends observations to “Coupang History”, writing the final status back to “Coupang Runs”.
• Removes the lock sheet and outputs a run summary (added/updated/rejected rows and price changes), including a link to the spreadsheet.
