This n8n workflow monitors your Google Sheets champion list for “left the company” and bounce signals in Gmail, verifies potential job changes with Apollo (using an AI agent for classification), and posts prioritized alerts and a biweekly digest to Slack—so your team acts on real updates, not guesses.

What this workflow does

• Runs on schedule (or manually per contact): Executes every morning (or on-demand) to check recent inbox activity for your target contacts.
• Ensures required n8n Data Tables: Creates/uses Data Tables for state tracking, case records, Apollo lookup cache, and credit usage.
• Detects job-change signals in Gmail: Reads champions and customer accounts from Google Sheets and searches Gmail for email bounce responses and “no longer with the company” auto-replies.
• Selects candidates to investigate: Prioritizes suspects based on inbox signals, due rechecks, retries, and a monthly sweep—then marks them in the state table.
• Verifies with Apollo (budget-aware): Looks up each candidate in Apollo while respecting per-run caps, lookup caching, and a monthly credit budget. When a threshold is reached, a Slack warning is posted.
• Classifies results with an Anthropic agent: Uses an Anthropic chat model agent to assess Apollo evidence and classify outcomes as confirmed, verify, or no change. For confirmed moves, it drafts an outreach opener.
• Routes next steps + updates records: Scores confirmed moves using your ICP/persona rules, optionally finds missing new work emails via Hunter, writes case + state updates to Data Tables, and posts formatted alerts to Slack (including [VERIFY] when needed).
