Track Trustpilot reviews automatically—log them to Google Sheets and get Slack alerts

This n8n workflow checks Trustpilot reviews every day, records only new reviews in Google Sheets, and posts targeted alerts to Slack based on star ratings. Once a week, it also sends a digest summarizing the last 7 days of review activity.

What this workflow does

• Daily scheduled run: loads the list of business domains to monitor.
• Deduplicates reviews: reads the existing review log from Google Sheets and compares it per domain.
• Fetches latest reviews with Scrapio: uses Scrapio to retrieve Trustpilot reviews and keeps only reviews not already logged.
• Appends new review data to Google Sheets: records rating, title, text, reviewer details, and timestamps (e.g., published_date and logged_at).
• Star-rating routing to Slack: posts alerts to the appropriate channel for low ratings, great reviews, or neutral updates.
• Weekly summary digest: on a separate schedule, calculates a 7-day summary from the Sheets log (total reviews, average rating, high/low counts, and worst review) and posts it to Slack.
