Turn Google Sheets deals into Zvid proposal recaps—automatically

This n8n workflow takes a deal from Google Sheets (or a POST webhook) and generates a landscape proposal recap video using Zvid. It then saves the finished video URL back to your sheet or returns it to the webhook caller—complete with scope, amount, timeline, and a booking CTA.

What this workflow does

• Triggers: Run manually, on a 15-minute schedule, or via a POST webhook.
• Reads input: Loads branding and CTA settings, checks optional background music, then either pulls the next pending row from Google Sheets or normalizes an incoming webhook payload (dealName, company, amount).
• Builds and validates the quote: Creates the proposal video content and validates the quote using native Zvid nodes.
• Dry run option: If dryRun=true, saves an editor draft and returns the credit quote (no full render).
• Renders the final video: If dryRun=false, renders the MP4 and polls until completion or timeout.
• Writes results: Saves/returns the video URL and provides a Watch video preview.

Technical details

• Node/logic stack: if, set, code, wait, webhook, and Zvid nodes via @zvid/n8n-nodes-zvid.
• Zvid credentials: Create an API key in app.zvid.io/api-keys with Base URL https://api.zvid.io.
• Google Sheets setup: For source=sheet, connect both Google Sheets nodes to the same spreadsheet/tab; headers DealName, Company, Amount are required; leave Status empty.
• Requirements: Self-hosted n8n with community nodes installed (workspace admin may need to install the Zvid node).
