What this workflow does

• Polls YouTube RSS daily to ingest new video entries.
• Extracts details (video ID, title, URL, publish date) and checks Google Sheets to see if the video is already logged.
• If the video is new, submits the video URL to Reka Vision to generate a clip and enables subtitles, then initializes a retry counter.
• Waits 10 minutes and polls Reka Vision for render status, repeating until completion or the retry limit is reached.
• On success: sends the clip download link to a Telegram chat and emails it via Gmail, then appends a “completed” row to ClipLog in Google Sheets.
• On failure: sends failure alerts to Telegram and Gmail, then appends a “failed” row to the same Google Sheets log.
