What this workflow does

• Runs on schedule every two hours using a schedule trigger.
• Pulls up to 100 deals from Zoho CRM and processes them deal-by-deal.
• Computes momentum metrics per deal, including:
  • Engagement velocity
  • Momentum score
  • Trend
  • Days since last activity
• Filters for slowing deals by comparing declining velocity against the prior period and the 30-day average.
• Sends slowing-deal metrics to OpenAI to generate JSON containing:
  • Recommended sales acceleration tactics
  • Priority level
  • Reason for the slowdown
• Merges AI recommendations back with deal metrics, formats the alert, and posts it to Slack.
