Automatically create Notion tasks from your recurring schedules—triggered via a Webhook in n8n

This n8n workflow listens for a webhook request, finds active Notion “Agendamentos” due today (or earlier), and automatically creates new task pages in your Notion “Tarefas” data source using the “Aderir ao modelo” template—then hands the correct responsible participant to an n8n Orchestrator subworkflow.

What this workflow does

• Receives a POST webhook containing the Notion data source IDs for “Tarefas” and “Agendamentos”.
• Finds the right Notion template by calling the Notion API to list templates for “Tarefas” and selecting “Aderir ao modelo”.
• Queries recurring schedules in “Agendamentos” where Status = “Ativo” and “Próxima execução” is on or before today.
• Creates task pages in Notion for each due schedule:
  • Uses the “Aderir ao modelo” template to create a new page in “Tarefas”.
  • Copies the “✅ Tarefas” relation into “✅ Tarefas Relacionadas”.
  • Sets Status to “Por Fazer”.
• Waits briefly so Notion applies template properties, then retrieves the created task page.
• Looks up “👥 Responsável” from the task and executes the n8n Orchestrator workflow, passing the responsible participant payload.
