Notion Task Results Generator with OpenAI → Save to Results automatically takes a Notion task (via webhook or sub-workflow input), enriches it with related Notion context, then uses OpenAI to generate one or more result items and saves each as a separate page in the Notion “Resultados” database.

What this workflow does

• Receives a task through a POST webhook request or as a sub-workflow trigger using inputs: tarefa, data_sources, and participante.
• Enriches task context in Notion by calling the separate n8n workflow “Enriquecer Página do Notion”. This fetches expanded context such as parent items, projects, taxonomies, notes, and knowledge pages.
• Normalizes the Notion content into structured context fields (e.g., function rules, task details, project, taxonomies, notes, knowledge) to guide OpenAI generation.
• Generates results with OpenAI (GPT with a JSON schema), producing an array of results—each with a title, content, and emoji.
• Splits and saves each result: the workflow splits the results into individual items, iterates over them, and creates a new page in the Notion “Resultados” database for each one.
• Links back to the original task, and relates referenced taxonomies, notes, and knowledge items.

Technical details

• n8n workflow integrations/nodes: set, webhook, split out, sticky note, http request, split in batches.
• Notion: uses HTTP Bearer Auth (bearer token) to access databases/pages used by the task, context enrichment, and the “Resultados” database.
• OpenAI: generate results via a GPT model using a JSON schema.
• Setup dependency: import and configure “Enriquecer Página do Notion”, then select its workflow ID in this workflow.
