This n8n workflow crawls your Notion wiki every Monday, scores pages for orphaned, stale, thin, and unreachable mentions, writes the results to a Notion “Wiki Health” database, and posts a single ranked summary to Slack so your team knows what to fix first.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: Executes every Monday at 7:00 AM.
• Loads audit settings: Reads configured wiki search text, thresholds, weights, the Notion “Wiki Health” database ID, and the Slack channel ID.
• Searches Notion pages: Finds pages matching the configured search text (or all accessible pages) and iterates through each result.
• Recursively crawls content: Fetches each page’s blocks from Notion and extracts outbound Notion page links (mentions, link-to-page blocks, child pages, and pasted notion.so URLs), while counting words.
• Builds a link graph & scores pages: Computes inbound link counts, flags pages as orphaned/stale/thin, detects unreachable mentions, and assigns a weighted health score.
• Updates Notion results: For pages with a non-zero score, updates existing rows in the “Wiki Health” database by Page ID or creates new entries.
• Posts a ranked digest to Slack: Sends one Slack message summarizing totals and highlighting the worst offenders.
