What this workflow does

• Collects input via Form Trigger: Users submit a job description (with optional role title and industry) through an n8n Form Trigger production URL.
• Normalizes and validates: The workflow trims submitted fields and verifies the job description is at least 150 characters. If too short, it returns a friendly HTML error message to the form.
• Keeps within model limits: Very long job descriptions are truncated to a configurable maximum (default: 12,000 characters).
• Analyzes with OpenAI: The prepared text is sent to the OpenAI Chat Model, and the response is parsed into a structured bias/inclusivity report (including score, summary, gender-coding, flagged phrases, and a readability note).
• Displays results as HTML: Structured findings are formatted into an HTML report and shown back to the user in the form completion experience.
