This n8n workflow collects a restaurant review via an n8n Form, uses OpenAI to draft a professional public response, runs safety and quality checks for risky or policy-violating wording, and then shows an editable approval so you can copy it to Google, Yelp, Facebook, or other platforms.

What this workflow does

• Receives review submissions through an authenticated n8n Form (reviewer name, star rating, platform, and review text).
• Normalizes and evaluates input, flagging sensitive topics such as illness, allergies, legal threats, refunds, or prompt-injection-like text.
• Builds brand-voice instructions from your configured settings (restaurant name, tone/voice, sign-off, and contact line).
• Generates a short reply draft using an OpenAI chat model.
• Scans the draft for quality/policy issues (e.g., refunds/freebies, staff names/last names, argumentative language, emojis/hashtags, or missing sign-off). The workflow applies safe fallbacks or cleanup.
• Human approval first: presents the draft in an editable form with any flags so you can keep, revise, or discard.
• No auto-posting: it confirms whether you approved or discarded the reply—without publishing to review platforms.
