This comprehensive automation exposes two specialized webhook endpoints designed for phone-agent order assistance systems. The first webhook (/X-get-orders) instantly retrieves customer order history from Google Sheets using phone number lookup, returning a structured JSON summary of both active and recent inactive orders. When no phone number is provided, it intelligently falls back to loading all orders for comprehensive visibility.

The second webhook (/X-orders) handles complete order lifecycle management through four key actions: consultar (consult), modificar (modify), cancelar (cancel), and reprogramar (reschedule). For modifications, the workflow seamlessly merges partial changes into existing order rows. When processing cancellations, it automatically generates customer-facing confirmation messages and simultaneously sends notifications via both Twilio WhatsApp and Gmail, ensuring customers receive immediate confirmation across multiple channels.
