Pause risky Instantly sending accounts automatically—then log every health signal in Slack and Google Sheets

This n8n workflow runs every morning to detect deliverability risk in your Instantly accounts using warmup analytics, DNS vitals, and bounce stats. When an account crosses your configured thresholds, it will auto-pause the risky account, send a Slack alert with the reason, and append a daily health history row to Google Sheets for trend tracking.

What this workflow does

• Scheduled checks: Runs once every morning on a schedule.
• Pulls sending accounts: Retrieves all sending accounts from the Instantly API and batches them for bulk checks.
• Collects risk inputs: Pulls warmup health analytics, DNS vitals (MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and daily sent/bounced stats for your configured lookback window.
• Scores and labels: Compares each account against your thresholds to classify it as healthy, watch, pause recommended, or already paused.
• Auto-pause + alert: If auto-pause is enabled, pauses active accounts that meet the pause criteria and posts a Slack alert with the reason.
• Daily digest + history log: Sends a daily Slack digest summarizing overall account health and logs one row per account to the Google Sheets “Health log” tab.
