This n8n workflow reads your prospect rows from Google Sheets, uses OpenAI (GPT-4.1-mini) to generate a one-line personalized email icebreaker plus a shortened company name, and then writes the results back to the same sheet—ready for your outreach.

What this workflow does

• Manual trigger: Start the workflow with a manual execution in n8n.
• Fetch and filter prospects: Retrieve records from your selected Google Sheets worksheet, targeting rows based on the icebreaker column filter.
• Generate personalized content: Process each prospect one at a time and send their details—name, headline, industry, company, location, and email—to OpenAI to produce:
  • a JSON icebreaker (one-line, tailored), and
  • a shortenedCompanyName.
• Write back to Google Sheets: Append or update the same worksheet with icebreaker and shortenedCompanyName, matching rows by last name.
• Continue through all rows: Wait briefly between prospects, then move on until processing is complete.
