This n8n workflow automatically collects podcast guest applications through a webhook, scores fit using DeepSeek with your Google Sheets “HostProfile,” drafts invitation and reminder emails, and updates everything—from Google Sheets statuses to Google Calendar bookings—while notifying you via Gmail and Telegram.

What this workflow does

• Ingests guest applications via a POST webhook and normalizes fields like name, email, topic, bio, links, and preferred slot.
• Validates required inputs (name, email, topic). If anything is missing, it sends a Telegram alert to the host.
• Scores guest fit & drafts outreach using a DeepSeek chat model (OpenAI-compatible) plus a Google Sheets “HostProfile” tool. It generates a JSON invitation email with suggested recording slots.
• Invites or declines based on a fit threshold:
  • If it meets the threshold: appends the guest to Google Sheets “GuestPipeline” as Invited, sends the invitation via Gmail, and notifies the host via Telegram.
  • If not: emails a polite decline via Gmail, logs as Declined in Google Sheets, and posts a Telegram decline log.
• Creates interview bookings from a second POST webhook: validates the payload, finds the guest by email in Google Sheets, and creates a Google Calendar event.
• Updates status & confirms: sets the guest to Confirmed in Google Sheets, emails booking confirmation via Gmail, and alerts the host via Telegram.
• Runs on cron: checks for guests still marked Invited and uses DeepSeek to draft reminders and a weekly digest.
