Procurement Copilot for n8n turns procurement questions into role-restricted, Google Sheets–grounded answers. Send a question through n8n Chat or call the procurement-copilot webhook, and the workflow looks up your role in Google Sheets, filters what you’re allowed to see, and returns a confident, next-step-safe response.

What this workflow does

• Receives your question via n8n Chat or a POST request to the procurement-copilot webhook, then normalizes fields like requester identity hints and a confidence threshold.
• Resolves role & RBAC rules by loading the Users Google Sheet. If the role is unknown, it returns an access-limited response.
• Understands intent and entities using a Groq-hosted LLM agent to classify intent and extract entity IDs (e.g., requisition, PO, invoice, supplier, contract), validating or filling missing entities from the question text.
• Loads procurement records from Google Sheets tabs: Requisitions, Approvals, Suppliers, Contracts, and Invoices, and assembles a single context object.
• Filters context by role and redacts denied fields before sending only permitted data to a second Groq LLM agent.
• Returns a grounded JSON answer and removes suggested actions not permitted for the user’s role.
• Routes outputs based on confidence: a confident response or a clarification message when confidence is below the threshold.
