Publish Notion Posts to LinkedIn with an n8n Webhook

Turn a Notion task into a ready-to-publish LinkedIn post automatically. This n8n workflow listens for a webhook request, pulls the first tagged Notion “Resultado” that’s meant for LinkedIn, optionally grabs an attached image, publishes it (personal or organization), and then updates Notion with the LinkedIn URL and completion status.

What this workflow does

• Receives a webhook: it accepts a POST request containing a Notion task object in body.tarefa.
• Enriches context in Notion: calls the “Enriquecer Página do Notion” sub-workflow to load related results, parent tasks (recursively), and project client accounts from Notion.
• Selects the correct LinkedIn-ready result: it chooses the first Notion result tagged with post and linkedin taxonomies—first checking the task, then the closest ancestors.
• Fallback behavior: if no tagged result is found, it loads project knowledge items (and subitems) and selects the first pending LinkedIn post result (not “Concluído”, no URL/date). If content is empty, it stops with an error.
• Optional image attachment: if the selected result has files in the Notion “Arquivos” property, it downloads the first file and attaches it as the LinkedIn post media.
• Publishes to LinkedIn: posts as an organization post when an organization ID exists from the related client accounts; otherwise publishes as a personal profile post.
• Updates Notion: builds the LinkedIn post URL from the returned URN and updates the corresponding Notion result with the URL, date, and completion status.
