This n8n workflow scans HubSpot Community RSS posts every day, uses Claude (Anthropic Messages API) to qualify and categorize RevOps relevance, and saves the resulting signals (plus a draft diagnostic reply) into your Notion database for human review.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a daily schedule at 07:00 UTC.
• Validates configuration before any external requests, including the Notion database ID, allowed HubSpot Community RSS feed URLs, and your lookback and per-feed limits.
• Fetches and parses RSS feeds over HTTPS, flattens XML items into individual posts, and applies a configurable recency window.
• Filters for RevOps keywords, caps how many posts are kept per feed, and deduplicates by using the post URL to avoid reprocessing items already handled in prior runs.
• Qualifies each candidate with Claude—classifying relevance, assigning a warmth tier and pain areas, and generating a draft diagnostic comment.
• Writes results to Notion: creates a page per relevant post, including the classification fields and the source URL. If Claude output is malformed, it stores a “Needs review” record.
