This n8n workflow scrapes Google Maps business leads through BasedOnBusiness, filters for the listings that fit your criteria (rating and minimum reviews), ranks them by opportunity, and appends the sorted prospects to Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Accepts inputs from an n8n form, including business category, city, country code, desired lead count, maximum rating, and minimum review count.
• Validates and normalizes the inputs, then starts a BasedOnBusiness scrape job using an idempotency key to prevent double-billing on retries.
• Polls job status every 15 seconds until it completes, or stops if the job fails/cancels or after 15 minutes.
• Downloads scrape results, then splits them into one item per business.
• Filters prospects to remove unrated and closed listings, keeping only businesses at or below your maximum rating and at or above your minimum reviews.
• Ranks by opportunity by calculating “Reviews to 4.5”, assigning a High/Medium/Low priority, and sorting by opportunity score.
• Appends ranked rows to the selected Google Sheets worksheet.
