What this workflow does

• Reads your active strategic priority from the Airtable “Global Settings” base (manually started workflow).
• Selects the matching evaluation rubric (e.g., Balanced, ESG_Focus, Cost_Reduction, Speed_to_Market) and uses it as the system prompt for the LLM.
• Fetches pending supplier submissions from Airtable’s “Pending records” view and processes them in batches.
• Analyzes ESG & risk text with Groq LLM, parsing the output into a strict JSON schema with ESG score, Risk score, and one-sentence rationales.
• Computes a strategy-weighted total score by combining AI scores with Airtable fields such as Total Bid price and lead time.
• Ranks suppliers, assigns rank numbers, updates each Airtable supplier record (scores, rationales, total score, rank, and status), and posts the final leaderboard to Slack.
