Reply to Google Business Reviews with OpenAI & Gmail Recaps is an n8n automation workflow that pulls new reviews from your Google Business Profile (Google My Business), generates a short, French response with OpenAI, and publishes the reply directly on Google. Every day, the business owner also receives a Gmail recap of all responses that were posted.

What this workflow does

• Runs hourly on a schedule to stay on top of new feedback.
• Requests the 50 most recently updated reviews from the Google Business Profile Reviews API.
• Processes reviews one by one, normalizing key fields (review ID, author name, comment, rating, and URL) into a consistent structure.
• Uses OpenAI (GPT-3.5 Turbo) to generate a short response in French, adjusting tone and content based on the star rating.
• Posts the generated reply back to the corresponding Google review via the Google Business Profile API.
• Sends a Gmail email recap to the owner with the review details and the published response.
