This n8n workflow monitors your Google Business Profile for new customer reviews, uses OpenAI to draft replies and classify the complaint root-cause, then sends any potential issue replies to Slack for approval before posting—while logging everything to Google Sheets and emailing a weekly Gmail report.

What this workflow does

• Polls Google Business Profile hourly for new reviews and ignores reviews that already have an owner reply.
• Normalizes each review into consistent fields (review ID, author name, date, star rating number, and review text).
• Uses OpenAI to generate a short draft reply plus sentiment, a single root-cause category, an optional staff name, and a brief complaint summary.
• Logs every enriched review to Google Sheets, including fixable status and reply status.
• For 4–5 star reviews with no complaint, it automatically posts the reply to Google Business Profile.
• For other reviews, it sends the drafted reply to Slack for approve/decline.
• When approved in Slack, it posts the approved reply back to Google Business Profile.
• Every Monday at 9 AM, it reads the last 7 days from Google Sheets, calculates stars lost (5 minus rating) by fixable root-cause tag, writes a short HTML insight using OpenAI, and emails the owner via Gmail.
