This n8n workflow automatically catches failed executions, finds the related task logs in n8n Data Tables, and creates a structured Notion “Relatórios” report—marking each task as Bloqueada (blocked) with the error details or Feita (done). It also updates the participant status to reflect whether tasks exist to review.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on failure: It starts when another workflow execution fails using the n8n Error Trigger.
• Locates the right Notion data source: It searches Notion for available data sources and keeps only those with titles so it can locate the “Relatórios” data source.
• Fetches participant execution data: Using the failed execution ID, it looks up the participant execution record in n8n Data Tables, then fetches the associated task log entries.
• Creates a Notion report per task: For each non-empty task log entry, it retrieves the corresponding Notion task page and creates a report page in Relatórios containing the error message and a link to the n8n execution.
• Updates task state based on error presence:
  • If the task log indicates an error: updates the Notion task to “Bloqueada”, writes the blocker reason with a mention of the report page, and clears the responsible relation.
  • If no error is indicated: updates the task to “Feita” and clears the responsible relation.
• Updates participant status: After processing tasks, it sets the participant page to “Revisando” when tasks exist, or “Ativo” when no tasks are found.
