What this workflow does

• Webhook reception + validation: Accepts a POST webhook request from Retell AI containing a function name and call details. It validates that the request includes a Retell call ID, then proceeds.
• Availability checks: Reads that day’s Google Calendar events and returns open morning or afternoon time slots. It respects closed days and your configured appointment length.
• New bookings: Parses caller details and the requested time, confirms the slot is still free in Google Calendar, creates the calendar event, and sends an email to the owner via Gmail.
• Cancellations: Searches Google Calendar events on the given date for an event whose title matches the caller name, deletes the event, and emails the owner via Gmail.
• Reschedules: Finds the original event by caller name and date, checks the new time for conflicts, creates a new event, deletes the original, and emails the owner via Gmail.
