This n8n workflow automatically captures safety inspection submissions, uses DeepSeek (via the OpenAI API) to generate corrective actions for any “not Pass” items, logs everything in Google Sheets, and sends critical alerts, overdue reminders, and a weekly digest through Telegram and Gmail.

What this workflow does

• Ingests inspection submissions from an n8n form, capturing statuses and notes for four safety areas.
• Validates required fields and immediately notifies you via Telegram and Gmail if anything is missing (invalid-submission alert).
• Generates corrective actions with DeepSeek (OpenAI API): non-pass results are converted into structured corrective actions.
• Parses and validates AI output, calculates due dates and severity counts, and creates a critical-findings list when applicable.
• Logs results to Google Sheets:
  • Appends inspection summaries to the Inspections tab.
  • Appends each corrective action to the CorrectiveActions tab.
• Sends immediate critical alerts to Telegram and a detailed email report via Gmail when critical findings exist.
• Daily overdue monitoring: checks Google Sheets for overdue open corrective actions and sends overdue reminders via Telegram and Gmail.
• Weekly reporting: computes inspection/action stats from Google Sheets, uses DeepSeek to draft a short digest, and sends it to Telegram and Gmail.
