Automatically send personalized Gmail emails with a PDF attachment—triggered on a schedule and powered by your Google Sheets “Not sent” list. This n8n workflow checks your spreadsheet every 15 minutes, then sends each recipient a tailored message and attaches a Google Drive PDF.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: The workflow is triggered every 15 minutes using an n8n scheduled trigger.
• Reads unsent recipients from Google Sheets: It pulls rows from a specified worksheet where the Status column equals “Not sent”.
• Downloads the attachment from Google Drive: It downloads a specific PDF from Google Drive (using the selected file ID).
• Sends personalized Gmail emails: For each matching row, it sends a Gmail message to the row’s Email address, using mapped values such as First Name and Subject, and attaches the downloaded PDF.
